Sand Casting

Sand Casting

Sand casting is divided into two common casting processes: resin sand and water glass sand, which mainly produce medium and large castings. Our group company has four resin sand and water glass sand production lines that can produce carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, duplex steel, high temperature alloy, copper alloy, aluminum alloy and other types of sand castings, with a maximum single weight of 5t.

Description

Production Team

The sand casting division of the group company has a production team of more than 80 people. The entire production process adopts a digital production mode and has a technical team of more than 10 people. The product design, mold making, process formulation and other processes are all carried out using three-dimensional digital software. The process uses three-dimensional mold flow software for analysis and simulation to formulate a scientific and reasonable casting process.

Production Line

The production line is equipped with automated resin sand loading, sand mixing, sand filling, and vibration sand removal equipment, and is equipped with advanced resin sand recycling and reuse equipment. It has a physical and chemical laboratory equipped with a spectrometer, tensile impact instrument, X-ray flaw detector, ultrasonic flaw detector, etc., which can perform chemical composition, mechanical properties, and non-destructive testing on castings of various materials.

Production Capacity

The group company has an annual production capacity of 8,000 tons of sand castings, which can meet the needs of different customers around the world and provide customers with full-process services from drawing design to finished products.

Industries and Countries Served

Our company’s casting products serve different customers in more than 30 countries around the world, and are used in various fields such as pumps and valves, wind power generation, aerospace, shipbuilding, petrochemical equipment, and engineering machinery.

FAQ
