Production Line

The entire production process adopts a digital production model. The product design, mold making, process formulation and other processes are all carried out using three-dimensional digital software. The process uses three-dimensional mold flow software for analysis and simulation to formulate a scientific and reasonable casting process. The production line is equipped with various manipulators and automatic grinding devices.

The group company has an annual production capacity of 3,000 tons of die casting and gravity casting, which can meet the needs of different customers around the world and provide customers with full-process services from drawing design to finished products.
